Turtle Saves the World (Pearl & Diamond)

Algonquin peoples refer to the Earth as “Turtle Island”. Tribal mythology tells of Turtle who dove into the waters of the Great Lakes to gather mud from which he built the world. The pearl represents Earth which Turtle is trying to save. The diamond a symbol for the bright light of a new day.
